I wear Superfeet insoles in all my sneakers.

Helps some, but not hasn’t eliminated the problem.

Don’t have DBs but I think going a half size down would be a safe bet. That’s what I’ll be doing with aj1 lows moving forward.

No, I'm generally a 10.5 in the majority of kicks I wear. The only ones I have to go up to an 11 in are the 4s and some air maxes. The problem is if i half sized down in these it would probably be too tight unless I always wore thin socks but I like to have a bit of room in front for my toes to wiggle a bit.
