Thanks guys. I had basically given up hope in getting these. Then I soon as I wake up this morning, I see a tweet about Bred XIs showing up at the Vacaville outlet next Saturday! Wtf?!? I hope the guy I traded with doesn't feel too cheated. Looks like he really wanted the Breds though and the 88s are a little too big for him. I never understood people buying shoes that aren't their size. Ahhhhh.... The shoe game.

some people never owned the shoe, so its hard to determine how it fits. kind of like buying foams or flightposites for the first time, everyone thinks they fit tts, wrong! As for the 88s prices were decent at first but as we all know as soon as the ebay market drys up prices gradaully increase.

That's a good reason but I see guys on CL trying to size swap royals from a 14 to 9.5. I think it all goes back to FOMO

Damn, reminder ppl, be careful out there doing trades, almost got tricked into fakes...
Long story short, went to trade my black foams and the guy shoes up with shoes but no receipt even though he said he would bring it, so I said whatever , let me just see the shoes, only lets me see one and is rushing me, then he gets super nervous when I pull out my buddies pair from finishline, and boom I noticed the perforations on the tounge were off along with some stitching, didn't make scene and just simply said " I'm gonna pass", dude was pissed, but **** **** fakes, luckily I had my best friend with me and his brother or I'm sure it could have escalated.
Just can't trust ppl with no receipt, but then again a receipt doesn't assure anything.

In addition to knowing fake photos ahead of time, a legit receipt and og packaging is a must for me.

Receipts don't mean nothing know a kid who sell fakes as just takes receipts from his real pairs so when he shoes up to a meetup kids barely check the shoes just the receipt bringing a real pair and comparing is the best thing to do

I got two pairs at australian retail + shipping. Which came out to 245 each. Hopefully I can get the black toes and shadows at american retail but I doubt it.

I've seen retail and early pairs that have different size perf holes different parts of the same shoe and or from one shoe to the other. Just an FYI.

One of the better releases of this year. Luckily to trade a pair of D/S Bred XIs for my pair. Havent rocked mine yet as my 2011 are in great shape.

My 2 pairs from footlocker.com along with any other sneakers I bought from there never came with receipts. All I have are my online confirmations. So "no receipt" doesn't mean it isn't real and isn't a great way to differentiate the two. Good ol' research and knowledge is key.

Seems like the prices on these keep creeping up. I sold my bro's 10.5 for $360 bout two weeks ago. May end up trading my second pair for a pair of Royals.
