2001 on left vs. 2013 on right (Padding is substantially more on the 2001 version; 2001 had "JUMPMAN" on sock liner, 2013 has "NIKE AIR")

2013 version doesn't look half bad.

2001 nike checks seems alot more dull I guess cause that's nu-buck. People are comparing the 2001s to the 2013, they should be comparing the 85s to the 2013 since these are a re-model of the OGs, the height seems to be the same as the OGs tho

They make different size sneaker shields depending on what size shoe you wear. It says on the box what sizes the sneaker shield is good for.

crinkles will come even with the shields but they do keep them pretty mint. I have shields on my 01' royals and they still look like they were worn only a few times when they were worn at least 30. I will say that even with mods to the shields they do need some getting used too. Hope this helps.
