i agree with this to a point. "selling" and "reselling" are two different things.

THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RESELLING AND SELLING. IF YOU SELL FOR A PROFIT, THEN YOU ARE RESELLING. WHETHER THE SHOE RELEASED YESTERDAY OR 20 YEARS AGO DOESN'T REALLY MATTER.
SOME OTHER FAMOUS RESELLERS:
FOOTLOCKER
FINISHLINE
FOOTACTION
JIMMY JAZZ
DTLR
ETC.....
It's worse when there was one in your town, but closed down.Originally Posted by indianabound

400 ferrari enzos were produced and msrp'd at over $600,000. with each year that passes a few are either wrecked and/or totaled. with each one that is destroyed the value of the remaining cars goes up. almost ten years after they were made they are now trading at around 1.2 million.
time MOST DEFINITELY effects the value of certain items. even in this case with shoes, to expect someone to sell you a DS ten year old pair at the original retail is simply foolish...
a pair that came out five DAYS ago and was sold at nearly every major retailer in the country? different story.
not really phantom, I've gotten CDP 6/17 package and wc III's from FNL restocks. You should usually check early tues or wed morning.Originally Posted by dmenshunzz
FNL always has those phantom restocks.. never once have i gotten a restock from them.. at least they came through w/ my initial cavs ordersOriginally Posted by BryonRussellHustle
Quick restock this morning on FNL, but I couldn't grab one in time..
he probably means Chicago. Niketown Chicago is closed until fall for repairs. the only plus is that theyre finally putting an ID studio in thereOriginally Posted by apthekid

Skip, where you from? Where did a Niketown close down?? That definitely must suck...I would have thought that Niketowns, like McDonalds or gas stations, are pretty much ALWAYS profitable, and thus, fail-proof. Apparently not...
Man I was so bummed when I heard about this.Originally Posted by sthebest

TIME MEANS NOTHING TO WHAT THE DEFINITION OF RE-SELLING IS. WHETHER YOU GOT THEM THIS MORNING OR 20 YEARS AGO DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT IF YOU SELL IT FOR OVER RETAIL, THEN YOU HAVE PARTICIPATED IN RE-SELLING.Originally Posted by verysteri otypical
^still the same concept. nobody came in and bought up all the enzos straight from the factory just to turn around and sell them at double the price. others factors are included but time being one of the biggest are all reasons for the value doubling. i say its just as unreasonable to expect someone to sell me their enzo for $600,000 as it would be for me to expect someone to sell me their DS original concords for $100.
