they've used a US address for returns once for me. I believe it was in NJ. Ask if they have any US address for you to send it to.I just have to ask all the Nike sneakerheads here. So Long story but please take time to read this and help your niketalk fam out
I bought the Air Max 97 from JDsports. It's UK company which i had no idea about, they don't have it as UK sizing it just shows the number
so i ordered my regular size 9. When i receive the shoes i found out it was size 10 and i emailed JDSports about they sent me the wrong shoes.
Long story been emailing back and forth for like a month and a half. They said if you return the shoes to us, we will send you the refund for the shoes and the shipping will be reimbursed.
The shoes was $222.56 U.S. and also the shipping back to UK was another $222.54. So now i'm $-445 dollars
April 5th i got my money back for the shoes which they did not give me the full amount, also they keep on ignoring my emails about the shipment
and new customer service rep keep saying can i have your order number, your shipping address and name. It's just keep repeated process.
and i still have not gotten my money back.
here are all the photos to show you all the information and proof can you guys help me out?
all the emails ive sent back and forth since March
I have em but rarely wear them since I do not have a back up pair.

First of all, Theres no way I would have spent $222 on shipping.. that is the most expensive shipping I have ever heard of. I would have just sold them on Stockx losing a few dollars at most. If JDSports doesn't refund the shipping, I would talk to your Credit Card company to try and reverse the charges. No way they are going to give you that $222 back.I just have to ask all the Nike sneakerheads here. So Long story but please take time to read this and help your niketalk fam out

Overnight? I've shipped to Australia for like $45. I can ship to the UK for like $35 using USPS. Paying $222 shipping for a pair of shoes is ridiculous and that's on you. You could have gotten them back to them much cheaper. If I were JD, I wouldn't give that back to you either. If it was the regular $40 that most people spend to ship, you'd have a much better argument.Uhh UPS oversea shipping?
