I called my buddy @ corporate and he said they are being lazy.
None the less they just messed with the wrong dude.
I took each of the "nike atheletes" names that I dealt with and handed them over to my friend.
Looks like a few people will be without a job tonight.
I was priceless when I was asking for their names and they asked why...When I said I'm with corporate, one person changed her tune and said she could do the phone order, I said no thank you. You could hear her voice tremble, LOL.

Maybe so J, but if some will and some won't something is up, policy or not.good luck with that. the phone order policy was started by people that were from corporate.
This lowkey pisses me off. I work at a Nike outlet, and people fail to realize that on weekends we a super busy, and of ALL weekends you decide to call on a F&F weekend. I worked last night, the first day of F&F, and we literally had 4 people working the whole store for the last 3 hours. If I step off the floor to conduct a phone order, that takes from the help that is needed for in-store customers, where they are priority. Phone orders aren't mandatory at all stores, and honestly depends on who the store manager is.+1

Not all outlets are busy.

From the business aspect, the time I can do one phone order, I can ring out 3 in-store customers, who I am MORE likely to get repeat business from, versus a customer who probably is a one and done customers.
IDK why some feel entitled to phone orders when there are PLENTY of others business that don't ship certain items due to demand or time period.

you can hear it in their voice, they hate their jobs.....
Didn't see anything worth buying at Leesburg earlier and Potomac just now...
Good luck, Potomac Mills, Leesburg, Hagerstown and Arundel Mills are all washed with the vultures.

I need to go to Williamsburg to meet a friend tonight so will stop by but doubt anything good will be there as I have yet to see anything worth buying at this store. If I don't buy anything, ill give my F&F up for someone who has better merchandise than my local outlet stores. Really wish I can find ASG Kobe XI's like lots of folks that have posted here.
Is there a policy against doing phone orders for Jordan retro? Someone told me they are considered launch product so they cannot be purchased over the phone.

ok J.you are coming off as real insensitive to these people IMO.
ive heard the stories from a head coach over the years and the direction to NOT allow for phone orders was from above their pay grade. intimidating them for a phone order is pretty grimy in my opinion.
this false perception that these employees are too lazy to do phone orders is just absurd. the order comes from above and is trickled down from the management level and they are just doing what they are told. you are definitely better than that.
