Official AUTHENTIC NBA JERSEY Post - Bringin Back the JERSEY ERA... (Info/Guide = Page 1)

you gotta be kidding me with this "men feel morecomfortable wearing short sleeves" garbage.
I only wear my jersey's over the top of a t-shirt, but i wouldn't be seen dead in one of those fugly short sleeve jersey's unless the pacers drop a flo-jo style one. It would be real hard to say no to that

Mitchell and ness made jerseys before that...

Per the website. The NBA Line started in 99. I am positive about that. The photo is from 2000 or early 01. I stated that the photo represents one of the first few runs of the NBA line. Not the absolute first, but shows the early run NBA series. They only release 1 line a year, so at worst this is a photo of the 3rd run of NBA Mitchell and Ness.

who do you think is gonna take over in 2017? sorry to tell you but they are probably gonna re-up with adidas. Nike isnt coming back and if they do they will ruin the jerseys so lets stop thinking so highly of nike.

agree, with nike it wouldnt be any better, just look at Olympic jersey.. slim fit, wide shoulder kind of ****

vintage it is.

keep your vintage collection tight, the value will increase rapidly

look at the college crap too, horrible materials. they ruined NCAA shorts for me. I got the old twill duke shorts even though they are long the material and quality is top notch. now they got this thin umbrella material :x :x :x :{

anyone know where i can find HUGE size Kobe M&N jerseys for cheap? i wanna tailor them. any help is appreciated!

Anyone have pics of the first M&N NBA throwbacks ever made?

This vid is from 1999. Shyne wears the first run NY Nets Dr. J.

You can see the OLD M&N tagging at the 2:04 mark in the video.

Most of the old jersey were DR J and Sixers related.

photo of first or second run DR J (1999 or 2000)

omg, that one piece spandex is terrible...if this happens in the future, that would save my money too.
I'll never buy a jerseys with sleeves nor ads period. They'll be saving me money for my other hobbies if that's the route they are going to go. Next thing you know they'll be wearing one piece spandex suits smh

can anyone help to do the legit check please? my concern is the name on the jersey, it looks like a blank lakers jersey and customized with the Rodman on it. the signature is good though. thanks in advance.

I remember going into one of those hip hop clothing stores (totally forgot the name) and they had the red Iverson rookie jersey, Nolan Ryan rainbow jersey and the Walter Payton jersey too. Some of the first M&N jerseys I ever saw

Who remembers when you couldnt buy jerseys off of the Mitchell & Ness site? This was like in 2000-2001 I think

adidas not re-upping is more wishful thinking on my part, pretty much everything they've done at this point has been pathetic downgrades.

But yeah, don't know what i was thinking about Nike (spending too much time in this thread staring at pics of older jerseys maybe?). Temporarily forgot about the new garbage materials from the recent years.

Looks like a jersey from ebay seller Chasingmilo in NJ with super star greetings COAs. Some of his jerseys are customs but that looks like an authentic Nike one. Wonder if you can actually still order and checkout from this site? http://store.superstargreetings.com/dr-ajl.html

I would be very interested in those jerseys if they actually didn't have a signature.

Well its been confirmed that the Suns are one of the teams next year getting a sleeved alternate. :{ Their new jerseys include a black road and orange sleeved alternate.

I highly doubt Nike will even attempt to get the deal back. I think they were the ones that didn't want to deal with the teams that suck and don't sell anything. I think under armour might try to get the license though and wouldn't be surprised if they did. Not that it's a good thing.
