Official AUTHENTIC NBA JERSEY Post - Bringin Back the JERSEY ERA... (Info/Guide = Page 1)

Funny thing is I got the jersey from Russia.
funnier thing is, he was a seller:)

i was tailoring that jersey to 46/48sz, if u have good tailor u should be happy.

screen printed logo is a joke. understand their point of view, they r tryin cut expenses, but if they want 300$ for jersey it shuld looks like 300...

like what nba/adidas did with new swingmans. better material, more like authentic rev30 mesh, full screen printed, it's way better than older half sewn/ half printed and it's much cheaper and faster to make new custom swingman. the same way made soccer jerseys in europe. it's not the same as sewn mesh numers but for 1/3 price i thing it's fair job.

any thoughts on the numbering and font?
probably custom job. don't like name and number size at front. it's probably tackle twill, should be screen printed the same as "sonics". time ago i saw that style gamer, not sure but number has the same holes as sonics. can't find photos...

i was never big fan pf old swingmans. it was like fake 4 me. painted imitation of sewning...

did they ever release a sheed hawks jersey? A friend of mine and I were having a convo about the hawks and he goes remember when sheed played for them for like a week or so? haha totally forgot he was on the hawks

They did. I remember it like it was yesterday. I went to the Nets game and I saw a handful of people with the jersey on, and they when he got traded or whatever the next day I couldn't stop laughing at those people who bought his jersey. Lmaoo

I think the NBA and team stores are missing out on so many opportunities to sell things, such as authentic All-Star jerseys etc. Just a shame and then on the other hand they release some majestic stuff that nobody is interested in!

The NBA auctions are going crazy sometimes!

Finally my Mutombo set is complete. Collection done.

Nice!

Related question: I have a 76ers Champion authentic (1991-92) that also lacks a logoman. Always wondered, was this a manufacturing thing from the era?

(Note: This image isn't mine, but jersey is identical)

Question:

Do the Reebok authentics from the early 2000's all run huge?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NBA-Jersey-...620?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item25a0ddb254

I need something like that but I prefer something that fits like a 44/48 in Mitchell and Ness.

I had a Reebok T-Mac that was size 52 and fit like a 56 or 60.

Should I look for a size 40 or 44 in the Reebok LeBron?

And did any other company make that exact LeBron authentic?

I don't know the reason but some early Champion authentics (and even some pro-cuts) randomly came with no NBA logo on the shoulder. I have a Kemp sonics like that as well.

Yeah they do... You should be good with a 44. adidas also made that Lebron, only difference is the material is Dri-fit instead of mesh like this one.

@True Blues  I have only seen that 91-92 authentic 3 times, but none of them had the logo.

@rainyday  That Sonics jersey is from Dec. 2, 1993 from a game @ WSH. ( I have the Kenny "Sky" Walker used in that game.) I saw the SEA jersey floating around when it was still blank. It should be screen printed.

I'm not sure why but a hand full of teams wore throwbacks in 1993-94. I've seen the Sixers & Cavs, also.

As far as I know it was just that game. Maybe because those two teams met in the Finals 15 years prior?

That doesn't explain why the other four teams (at least) wore throwbacks that season. I remember now that the Pacers & DEN wore retro styles, too.

It wasn't at all common back then like it is today.

Edit: The Pacers & Nuggets may have been the following season.

I like the Nuggets jerseys.

but that screen print is way different than that on gamer. no holes, size and "4" is terrible in comparision to gamer

that was team issued blank pro cut, someone personalized it but very inaccurate...

that jerseys style was wearing only that game

love that pacers unis! had some dale davis upper deck card from that time in this uni.

pacers and  nuggets were ABA teams, maybe that was the reason?

I thought the pro cut was customized with twill. I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me. Or maybe it's heat pressed.

Beautiful this jersey but is this jersey with this jocktag authentic? Because there are other jersey with the same jock tag but with near on the right the team symbol but what is the difference?
Can one answer me? Because there are also jock tag with the team symbol near the Reebok symbol? IS there a guide?

So Reebok basically had 2 different jocktags during their run right? Notice how the 4 is open in the Cavaliers jersey above but its closed on that Nets jersey. There's also a team logo addition to the Cavs jocktag to the right which I'm guessing is the later version (04-05 or 05-06) as that continued with Adidas. The Nets and Magic jerseys must be early 2000s versions.
Could you explain why this difference with reebok jocktag?
I'm looking for heat jersey of James in ebay with mesh number but there are only jersey with mesh number but the six on the front is wrong because it is on the center help please
