No idea about the lc but to answer your first question those are the fanatics replicas that are a tier below swingmans. I think theyre only for sale on their website, pretty sure nike has the exclusive right to sell current nba branded jerseys in brick and mortar

The numbers and letters. Every single material of the jersey. The tagging. The lack of an nba logo. The color of the jersey. Everything about it is wrong. And depending on the care or pressing of a jersey numbers may not be flat.

nah im a sixers fan in california lol .. im not aware of any retail versions of the city editions but you could get lucky and find either a game-issued/worn on ebay or fanatics
