I sold a old Kobe pc to HK last week n the buyer is asking for return as he said the jersey has some small dots on the bk, dang I got it out cleaned n no marks at all… I think I would need to avoid international buyers in the future

Got something special in. Getting a game issued jersey in this style has been a long time bucket list item for me. Was a huge NJ nets fan back in the day (didn’t stay a big fan once they moved, although I do like KD)

I can't believe I'm finally posting this 1992 NBA All-Star Game Magic Johnson jersey when I've had it for a few months now. It's one of my favorite All-Star jerseys ever.

It's nice that they started making these again because I didn't see them after the mid-2000s. And I'm glad to have it back in my possession again.

I'd like to share my story about why I ended up recouping it. I actually got this jersey in 2005, but I stupidly got it in a size 56. I got this jersey simultaneously with the 1993-94 Warriors Chris Mullin jersey that year because an assistant manager I used to know at the Del Amo Mall Foot Locker was cool with the manager at an urban clothing store a few doors away. My guy was nice with helping me get them cheaper. I gave him the cash for the estimated reduced price for both. The manager gave him an additional discount on top of them already being marked down since he liked him.

I can't remember the name of that urban clothing store in that mall. I recall it was owned by Asians. They also had a location in Topanga Mall in the Valley when I went there in fall 2006. I think they also had a location in Ontario Mall. I believe that company folded after 2006.

I believe it was 2009 when I sold both of those way too oversized jerseys online in separate sales.

03-04 T-Mac x Shaq.

I altered the T-Mac and had the shoulders taken in. Not sure what Reebok was thinking at the time but the wider shoulders on a lot their authentics made the jerseys almost unwearable. The whole point of buying an authentic is to get as close to what the players wear on court… I included a pic below pre-alteration of what this abomination looked like. It’s not a sizing issue either - even their 44/48/52’s have an abnormally wider cut and doesn’t account for how Nike and other brands never had this issue.

Personally I love it; it’s such a unique jersey, and one that looks so much better in person than the pics. The sublimated rose really pops and it’s rare to see sublimation on modern Nike jerseys. I have a feeling this will be a sought after piece in the years to come. Happy to have it in my Curry collection.

I kept mine too. It’s the only city I kept. This one has nice weight too it too for those that complain Nike authentic are too thin / light
