I doubt it, It has 170 frames, An average NT avy has 35-50 frames. Sorry

mister916, how you get the tags under the avy?

What I do is:

Paste the layers
Resize the image
Change the canvas to 100x100
Create the canvas(background, border, tag)
Duplicate the canvas for every frame (e.g. 27 frames = 27 canvas duplicates)
Merge the Canvas onto each frame one by one. (very timely but it's the only way.)
Reduce the color quality until the file size is correct.

Oh and if you could fit CertifedSW on the bottom that would be much appreciated. But a simple CSW in the bottom right corner will suffice. Also a white borderwould be nice.
