So last night I went to the Lady Sovereign concert and I gotta say it was good. Before the venue opened I was walking from Mcdonalds to the venue and I seenMax outside. Had a slight eek face but kept it moving.
This was at the Rave here in Milwaukee and it has like 4 diff rooms. They used the small room. Like no more than 100 people in there. So cool that it was kindaclose but sad at the same time.
Some cat from Chicago named Hollywood Holt opened. I can tell i wouldnt really like his music but he put on a good show. His energy was crazy for somebodynobody knew or heard of. Was a mix between hypebeast cool kid type x thug, if that make sense. Did a 30 minute set.
next was Chester French, set was only like 30 minutes too. SmH. They did On My Own, Jimmy Choos, Neal, Bebee buell, She Loves Everybody and No Doubt's Keepon Dancing. My cam died 2 songs in, so I got whole bunch of Hollywood Holt pics and like 5 CF pics
. DA was signing autographs on the side of the stage after their set. Copped agrey Chester French tee and grabbed a few hard copies of Jacques Jams. Went up there told him I liked his music, seen Clinton Sparks and got him and DA to signa Jacques Jams.
Next up Lady Sovereign....I actually left after Chester French and saw most of Angels and Demons...lmao.
