Face it, the season is over. We got too much going on and the team is too finesse. The team needs to get tougher mentally as well as physically. We got toomany pretty boys on our damn team. You're not going to outscore everybody. We need playmakers on defense. All Jerry cares about is putting a damn fantasyteam out there but fantasy teams don't win you Super Bowls.

Its wild that some of the same dudes who was praisin Jerry 4 makin this move not a week ago is crucifyin him now. Make up yall minds. Fact is, our secondary isbuttnuggets cuz 2/3 of our starting CBs are out, and we have a career special teamer startin at safety. We couldn't move the ball worth a damn because wemissing our starting QB. You name me one team that could take those type of losses in a week and be effective, ill give you til next week. Granted, we couldhave made more plays today 2 put ourselves in a position 2 win and we came out flat and...lackadaisical, 4 the lack of a better word, but be clear...the Ramscame 2 play today. We've seen them be put through adversity for a month now, and they've rolled over and let it kick them in the balls every single time...

No leadership. No swagger. No emotion... It's pathetic.

Now, admittedly, I never really was in love with Phillips as HC, but at the extreme, coaching is 2 wins a year. The thing is, the coaches don't strapup on Sundays. Coaches aint everything, if you can't motivate ya damn self 2 go out there and play the game right, you shouldn't be in the league. Wegotta go out there and execute and make plays, and its more difficult than usual when you sustained the volume of injuries we have in so short aspan...especially 2 players like FJ, Romo, adampacmanjones (not injured, but lets not split hairs), and T-New who make the team what it is, or at least what itwas supposed 2 be...but by the same token, the players behind the starters should be ready 2 step up and play. Injuries or not, this team did not come 2 playtoday, and nobody can really debate that. This team at full strength can give it 2 any team in the L on any given Sunday. Course, it does help not 2 have a QBwho gives gifts 2 the D in our territory, I don't give a good golly gahdamn if you got the '85 Bears D...if you turn it over 4 times in your territory,9/10 times you NOT GONNA WIN. The D is not nearly as much at fault as everyone says. We'll be fine, trust. No, it won't be a breeze like last year, butlook how last year ended. Look at the damage. The way I see it, we'll be at full power right in time 4 the home stretch and build some momentum 4 a playoffrun. Who knows from there. One mo' ginn...its not over.

Add the illegal formation penalty - not lining up properly, and three secondary players pointing at each other confused after giving up a pass.
