SAF did it at a time where NO CLUBS were state funded.

Then SAF went up against a Russian backed Chelsea for only 6 years allowing Chelsea to win 3 EPL titles then even let City win an EPL title.

SAF would be have been phased out in this era the same way Wenger was phased out.

115 charges but sure blood… pep don’t even believe this
How can you co-sign another man having him second if you're gonna spit out 115 charges.

If you're spitting 115 then he shouldn't second... which one is it

In a 20 year period mans won 13 titles. Let’s not forget he still won when city and Chelsea were spending and the glazers were replacing cr7 with Valencia, Owen and obertan. Again.. y’all wasn’t outside .. I can tell

Congrats to Ferguson for winning a bunch of EPL’s in the 90’s during a time in English Football where the best players and managers on the planet avoided playing in England like the plague.

EPL during that time was a joke

You guys are going to learn just how amazing Klopp is when ends up managing a team that gives him a blank check.

Pool and Dortmund were small potatoes compared to everyone’s favorite clubs around here (fiscally).

He's not wrong but damn, if this is Xavi feeling that imagine every other non-legend Barca manager

and he’s the reigning la liga champ that won 2 trophies last year while washing vardrid by double digits. cold world.

hes been a great manager. players love him and brought in great talent when barca had nothing. turned the whole ship around at barcas worst time. inexperienced as a manager that showed but was an honorable coach that always protected the players even when they shouldn’t have been

Lol Vini Jr hatty ending Xavi 🎩

This is a bold assumption considering he wasn’t the mastermind behind Liverpool transfers. Didn’t he admit to wanting julian Brandt over salah?

I know everyone's saying xabi for klopp but I think flick is actually the immediate best fit. he has basically the same playing style as klopp and the experience of managing a top club. I have a feeling xabi won't want to go anywhere for 1-2 years until he feels like he's ready to take a step up to a big club

you rate Flick? he seemed like a nut in that national team doc

tactics aside feel like the romanticism around Klopp will be the biggest vacuum.

It's actually
Pep
SAF
Mou
Klopp
Wenger
Pep above SAF?
What Pep does is incredible and he'd be on that list regardless but let's not forget he has strictly managed clubs with existing incredible teams (Barca) and dominance (Bayern), or unlimited funds and fraud (City).
In the case of City, he not only has the best starting 11 but also the best bench by miles and it's not even close.
The only injury that truly hurts City drastically is Rodri, who also happens to be the world's best player in that role.
