i’d take sterling over too trash for the worst juve i’ve seen chiesa any day of the week

goatkeeper. the day he completely retires is gonna be rough. even at this age it's gonna be so hard to replace what he brings to the team

It’s funny how much fear mongering there is about the Saudi influence in the game while they’ve just come in and genuinely built amazingly well-run, pragmatic and smart football clubs, while American finance capital comes in and in the span of two years, absolutely builds the most destructive, reactive and poorly built footballing spectacle we’ve ever seen.

Bailey/Sterling on the wings we need it

The Felix signing is weird af, its like they signed Felix just so that Atletico could afford to sign Gallagher.

Barca another weird one with the Gundogan situation.

Apparently they need to get free up a certain amount of wages to register Olmo

Like City needed any more favors though  :smh:

Glad Gundo is potentially coming back to city. Also always rated Chillwell. Feel like he should have a lot of suitors

These folks ruthless

I really could not care less about Sterling being frozen out though. He can go.

i don’t understand what the chelsea manager is supposed to do

he has 50 guys and needs to pick 23 of them
if you aren’t good enough, you get cut just like every other job. its not like sterling isn’t still getting paid a ton of money. he’s still access to all the facilities he’s just not in the #1 team. sterling had plenty of opportunities to not suck and missed them.

Chelsea signed Sterling to play under Tuchel, and then sacked Tuchel a few months later. While he has nowhere near performed up to anyone’s expectations, it didn’t need to be this messy and public

It's no problem deciding he's surplus to requirements but the way they've handled it has been disrespectful to say the least.

Also leaving it into the final week of the window and after the season starts to tell him to leave doesn't do them or him any favors when looking for buyers

Sterling is good but just not on the level of the wages the club is paying him. City let him go for a reason. And Marecsa is a Pep pupil. They likely saw the same thing in Sterling

Sterling was Tuchel's guy while owners wanted CR7. Both were wrong tho

Let's not forget Southgate hasn't called Sterling up since Qatar World Cup

these are facts or speculation?
the first preaseason with a new manager is always the same. it's like a tryout till the team is announced. probably a little different with all the players chelsea have to sort through.
his agent should've already had teams lined up watching chelsea bring in all these players.

and he's still collecting a check. boo hoo

You guys are being silluy like this didn't happen when Mou was here. He was quick to sell players we didn't deem fit for his style (KDB, Matta, Salah, etc) Chelsea have also drastically reduced there salary and have to get rid of players on old contracts

Sterling scored what 14 goals the last 2 season and is getting paid over 300K a wekk and you guys think Chelsea are harsh for wanting to move on for him? what you want us to be United and keep paying him n send him home?
