He should really be tested first before such a big gig. Guadiola and Zidane breed of signing isnt guaranteed, they are the outliers.
We should be going for established coaches who have proven track records of success, not only club legends. So yes, i’d hold off on Xabi until he proves he knows what he’s doing, don’t want another Solari, Lampard, and yes we can throw Xavi in there now.

Realistically Carlo will probably be here for another season, David Ancelotti who basically trains team, often does the substitutions was big in the turn around last season, needs to go be a coach somewhere too.
