Man on Survival the assault shotty is where it's at 1 shot kill and for the most part it still got range.

I was in a game where dude had the special edition GTA V and was using the Pistol .50 man that gun was one shot kill it was crazy.

Finally the view from the apartment. It's not as nice as some of yours but it'll do. It's the 3 Alta St, Apt 57 (223k) if anyones wondering. Layout of course is the same as the 300-400k ones.

I was also reading on another forum and apparantly you need a house with a 10 car garage to have access to a heist room when R* releases heists sometime later

That is correct. Only the luxury apartments have the heist room that you need for later. At least the cheapest luxury apartment is only 205k. Should be affordable for anyone, given enough time of course.

Kind of stupid all the luxury apartments are styled the EXACT same.

Got the 393k one on the 40th floor, and I guess I dropped an almost extra 200k for just the view?

My bad we lost the 4 stars then it popped back up. Once the tire blew it was a wrap. What lvl do u get bullet proof tires?

I never had to respray mine. It automatically came with a tracker once its in the garage. But I havent used any of the 8 I stole since im saving to put all them on insurance
