Some of my favorite Trane albums are when he and the rest of the band are playing freely tbh

Don’t get me wrong, I disliked free and multiphonic playing when I was first introduced and heard it. But one day, it all just clicked

Got placed in one of Mr. Reggie Workman’s ensembles for this next semester . Starts next week , wish me luck fam . Here he is w/ trane - live at the village vanguard . Check out his work with Art Blakey and the jazz messengers ~
