at you guys being able to grab at 8am With no line, while I have no line here but can't grab. I came early anyway because I didn't believe them, and just as they said twice and I refused to believe I have to come back in three hours to do business, Which is 2hours after they OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

That's pretty messed up that your local store made you wait on a product that wasn't even reserved for someone.
I get it if they have a limited window on reserved and want to give the people with tickets but if its just gonna sit in the stock room, minds well make some money for the store while you eat up your hours for the company.
