It was us truly being lazy and not saying black and red. Cherries, blueberries and such just sound very silly but you know you’re old when you complain about the generation that comes after you lolYeah. I could be incorrect but my recollection of it, at least on NT, is that people started using "bred" not because they thought it was a good or cool nickname but because someone realized it worked as shorthand for the colorway and lots of people started following suit because it was quicker to type when describing which colorway you were talking about. It wasn't about intentionally coming up with nicknames for every colorway of every Jordan.
