Gotta admit these are better in hand

I remember the quality on the stealth greys from about a year 1/2 ago was not that great. The padding on the ankle collar was really thin. You could practically see the foam already. Plus some of the stitching was coming apart and the paint on the heel (maybe overall) seemed very thin.

I know the standard will always be the OGs, but now I'm wondering how the 04 iterations were...I never owned a pair. Some 04 pairs pop up on eBay every so often. Makes me think of I should consider it.
 
2004 flint grey was built really well. Thick padding and leather. Wore in rotation til 2013/14.
First pair I used barge cement in to repair the sole separation, lasted a few years after that then the air unit died.
Ended up giving to someone who wanted to practice restoring kicks.

All the 12's from 03-04 are tanks. I still swear my playoffs to the gym.
