What's the temperature where you live that you can wear a hoody / jacket?

The heat and humidity over here has me sweating from just breathing.

 I'm in the sunshine state folk, Pensacola..  It's 86 degrees outside and feels like 96 degrees outside. I'm currently at work (in an office) and they keep the temperature at like 65 degrees. Once i get off work at 1 pm today & go to this BBQ, I will throw on a Nike SB tank top. 

Also, this Rip N' Dip Windbreaker jacket is actually keeping me cool homie..
