1. That comeback was horrible, it should of been straight bars. He thought he was being witty with the edits but it's wack nobody wants that from Meek. We wants bars

Its different.  Producers like Kanye will sometimes already have the chorus for a beat for an artist before they even hear the track.

As an example, Never Change which is one of my favorite Jay-Z songs wasn't orginally his.  Kanye produced and wrote the same chorus for a chicago artist that recorded a song over the beat but never paid him for it.  He ended up giving the same beat and chorus to Jay-Z and the rest is history.

The funny thing is back then when the original rapper leaked his version of the song Jay-z was accused of stealing the song.

The best producers give guidance on how they think the rapper should ride the beat.  If you know that song like I know that song, nothing kanye said was used in the verses.  The part kanye gave him was only used on the chorus.

i havent listened to quentin millers music, but are his lines drake-esque? how do we know what his roll really was? aside from producing maybe his roll was similar?

We don't know but its on them to explain especially if they don't have anything to hide.  Understand though I'm one of those that could care less if Drake wrote one singe line or verse ever.  If I can still listen to Rick Ross after what I know about him then I've accepted that music in general is just entertainment.

Drake is more of an R&B singer/entertainer to me than a rapper so my outlook on him isn't shattered if he didn't write some songs or any songs for that matter.

Drake shouldn't be anybody's hero.

To be far to Meek, we should only be comparing Wanna know to Charged up. If that's the case, it's either tied or Meek with the slight advantage thus far.

Man what kind of logic is this? no offense brah but thats like 2 boxers in a ring.. first round Boxer A throws a bunch of jabs, Boxer B just sits there.  Round 2 comes boxer A throws a few haymakers while dancing around the ring.  Boxer B still does nothing.  Rd. 3 starts and Boxer B throws a few jabs while Boxer A eats them up and laughs. 

Scorecard heavy in Boxer A's favor.
