**Official Meek Mill Thread****Dreamchasers IV Out Now**

you cant claim you a street dude then expose a dude on social media that was just on your album when you probably have his number

meek begging for attention

Aren't ghost writers not credited?..... The dude that meek is saying writes drake raps has credits on some songs

I'm not believing anybody sits there and pens verses for drake . Dude has always been a good rapper and his music has always been personal

Did he write an autobiography including chicks he messed with names and just tell dude to make some verses using that info? Lol

It's no different than how r&b artists typically make music.

A song being personal doesn't mean it couldn't have been written by someone else.

News flash...they're rappers. They want you to talk about this ****.

If he picks up a phone and calls him...we aren't taking about this right now...and famous people remain famous by....keeping you talking about them.

I think both come in to play

Ross still gets joked and doesn't get the respect a lot of others do.

Not writing your own raps though
mean.gif
Unless you're a producer(Pete Rock, Dre, Kanye) it shouldn't be done.

Fat Joe and Queen Latifah will never be considered to me.
ross not the only rapper telling fairytales, he only got exposed for being a co so people easily call him a fraud

who said that?

I just know some that'll be emotional on social media and actually be about that action off

these lil ****** don't care ....whether they're truly hard or soft don't matter when somebody becomes a victim to them

I don't doubt that, because everything is done for attention these days.

fat joe had a ghostwriter?

never knew....never was a big fan of his outside of the jose album

Yeah, he was using ghostwriters from the beginning. From King Sun to Pun to Armageddon.

The tell tale sign, dude hangs around a crew of people who never put out music. They're eating somehow.

Dudes be dissing mike will for having ghost producers tho but having a ghost writer isn't a problem.

:lol

Sometimes yes and sometimes no

That means they're getting a part of publishing(which makes sense) and not just a check.

Considering how popular Drake is, I'd rather have a part of publishing and not just $10,000. You eat off that longer. Especially with the way music is streamed and downloaded.

if you claim to be a street dude when does the "street code" apply

why snitch on drake, he never did **** to meek, its corny, yall both blessed why throw him under the bus like a lame

It's also well known that Michael Jackson and Beyonce have/had writers too. The Dream made bank off ghostwriting (I know it's r&b) just examples. To me, hip hop is different. You have to write your own rhymes, to be held as a great lyricist. Period. The principle of the genre itself, is about being a rhyme technician.

I think it's clear as day this is about Nicki and deeper than the accusations lol .... Dude deleted all the pics of her for the past few weeks and dissed drake the same night

1+1=2

PAC should've called biggie and asked him did he set him up. He had his number, going on wax was just begging for attention

I could care less about all that street talk. That **** is silly to me.

I don't call exposing someone for ghostwriting "snitching"...but then again I'm not up on what ignorant " street" logic kids are using today. I know in classic real rap logic...exposing a fraud is fair play

U right... The lox should've called diddy like he said instead of blasting him on the radio. They know where son office at and got his number. Exposing him on radio was lame, they just wanted attention.... Like everyone else who has ever dissed another rapper

The only thing I care about in this situation is how Meek can say he's telling the truth about another man when he was willing to use to get ahead.

This same dude that meek is supposedly airing out is on both of his albums and also on Meeks largest radio hit.

Exactly, that's **** boy behavior of the highest order.

If he had such a problem with Drake not writing his own raps, why was this corny dude all on his **** for features and tweeting his lyrics before this?

Multiple instances of this dude being buddy buddy and bigging up Drake before this too.

What type of "real" ***** gets in his feelings because another man ain't tweet his album?

Not to mention he still out here hating on his girl's ex boyfriend, anybody who cosigns this type of behavior is just as much of a funny boy.

At least Pac picked somebody in his lane and feeling like someone had something to do with you getting shot is a legitimate beef.

This is like the equivalent of Pac beefing with LLCoolJ.

Not sure if this is intended as sarcasm, but going at someone on wax and going on a twitter rant about any and everything is completely different.

Maybe a diss track isn't the proper comparison...but lets compare it to Nas' classic power 105 rant. What's the difference between that and a twitter rant?

Doesn't matter if it was over money or a diss track they got his number right? What would going to him directly do for them? No attention, we wouldn't know anything about it. If meek called drake directly what would come from it? Drake wouldn't be his friend anymore that's it.
