Summer just got a whole lot hotter: Los Angeles’ favorite real estate agents are back.

The sixth season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles premieres Wednesday, August 7th at 9pm ET/PT. And you can catch a preview of the season below!

Josh Altman, Josh Flagg, and Madison Hildebrand are all returning, and they’re raising the real-estate stakes as they buy and sell some of L.A.’s hottest multi-million dollar properties. But between the booming market, their busy social lives, and budding romances, they’ll eventually figure out that Los Angeles might not be big enough for all three of them.

As an added bonus this season, we're letting fans interact with the show through Bravo’s groundbreaking Play Live experience. Viewers can use mobile phones, tablets or desktops to answer poll questions, predict the listing price for the show’s fabulous homes, and interact with other Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles fans. Results will appear on-air in real time during the show.

This is a show that I'm kind of embarrassed to admit I enjoy watching.

The New York version > LA though.

To those who are saying its scripted, how so?

I forgot his name but the dude who was replaced by Luis said its not really scripted. He did mention that the parts where they are filmed getting out of bed, for example, are actually filmed in the middle of the day, which is understandable. Who wants a camera crew in their house overnight? lol
 
 
Great show!  Wish they would bring back Chad and kick this clown Josh off, dude is annoying as hell.  And why are all the home sellers on this show dbags?
 
Digital: Supposedly a lot of the properties they sell on the show are actually still on the market.

Perhaps some of the negotiating is merely for show and entertainment purposes.

Anyone catch the season premier yesterday? Love the show can't get enough of it. The passion these guys have is just amazing.
