i would consult with the MN size chart. It's pretty accurate IMO. It's hard to give you a fool proof answer because every body is different.

Size up from your original size ! Unless you like the perfect fit type .. it fits me ok I rather have 52 on it I’m usually a 48!XL but is not that bad a fit ..

His pics are terrible, btw. The stitching on the “Bo Jackson” makes it look fake, since it connects. An easy tell on Raiders home jerseys is a close up of the numbers. There should be horizontal lines that give the numbers a shimmer.
