Official Mitchell and Ness Thread: Jerseys, Hats, Shirts, Shorts, Questions POST EM UP

This is a jersey they need to do again. I got it when M&N couldn’t put the name on the back.

Cool deal. It seems like the other 3 colors were more available than the gray jersey during the 2000s. I haven't seen the gray one since that decade. They still make maroon, white, and sky blue at least.

The most annoying F up to me is the Bulls pinstripe being red mesh instead of white mesh. I don't know how they could make that mistake for such a popular jersey, especially a Jordan. You'd think they would have corrected it by now.

Please elaborate on that discrepancy because I was never aware of it. Perhaps it'll deter me from getting one of those because I get Jordan stuff like that.

What's the issue with the mesh? The color details look fine to me upon seeing that jersey for years now.

The original ones are white on the inside and not red is all. Personally I think the red looks great

Thanks for clarifying that. I had a feeling Deklef Schrimps Deklef Schrimps was referring to the inside after I made that post. I always knew the color details on the exterior were correct.

While most of us prefer absolutely precise details with these jerseys, I think most can live with those Bulls jerseys having a differing color on the inside since it's basically not visible to others when worn.

Yea him and Randy played on the same high school basketball team, Dupont High. But no I don't have any J Will yet. I want the black Kings jersey, and M&N just recently put it on clearance. So the next time they have one of those 25/30% off clearance sales im going to grab it.

For me the difference is noticeable. Maybe that's because I've worked on colors a lot as a color grader and as a semi-professional graphic designer, but I can't unsee it. The M&N has a distinct brownish/reddish tint, because of the red mesh under the black sublimation. Photoshop's color picker confirms that. And I don't think the tint enhances the jersey, to say the least.

I know I'm nitpicking, but this mistake pisses me off because it's so basic. Shame because overall I think the M&N looks cleaner than the Nike outside of that detail.

Jesus !! M&N are essentially replica jerseys, some of you take this **** way too far. Photoshop colour picker confirms it is tinted a different hue, what do u do scan ur jerseys to check the colour matches a champion authentic ? Just purchase a champion then.
 
Worst thing about the M&N pinstripe are the fonts. Not even close on the numbers and especially not the name 🤦‍♂️

The red mesh they used to sublimate doesn't Bother me too much. However, it definitely impacts the color. The black has a weird hue to it, since it's printed over red instead of white.
