Do you have photos?
The standard mesh used for authentic shorts is the same as the swingman shorts. Sometimes the just used different mesh for different shorts though. So, it could also be that. I do remember the older pinstripe shorts using a totally different mesh.

Curious and I could be wrong. Isn't the grey side trim supposed to be a shiny dazzle like material?Shorts feel exactly the same as swingmans. Obviously just don is heavier because lined with same mesh. Really a step down from my authenTIC MN Spurs jerseys
