The common issues with dealing with the Mitchell & Ness website have been the shipping times and slow/delayed refund process as evidenced by many who have previously posted about those issues they experienced on here.

Perhaps here's a new one I can share based on my most recent experience from this week. I initiated an order on Monday afternoon. I didn't receive a shipping email confirmation the next day as I expected. Then the order was actually delivered while I was away on Wednesday. I only found out it was delivered because it was at my doorstep when I came home late on Thursday morning.

It looks like not receiving a shipping update email can be added to the multitude of discrepancies with dealing with their website.
