Whoever it was that said Mitchell and Ness's customer service sucked you're the real mvp! I ordered a jersey from the Father's day sale on Monday the guy told me it would ship Monday. They sent me a tracking number the same day with a delivery date of Thursday. The tracking number never updated after Monday. I called them and it was still boxed up on the damn floor as of this morning. Now allegedly they're shipping overnight today. Then I get home and see a notice on my door to pick up a package at my leasing office and what do you know they sent me a duplicate jersey from the $100 sale after they cancelled it and refunded my money. I was going to send it back but I'm not now. They owe me that for giving me the run around for damn near 2 weeks.
