Pettitte I'm worried about, he's pitched awesome, hopefully he can come back mid August and be able to pitch as well.

Both have been awful and Banuelos is on the DL. Point still stands, last thing you wanna do is panic. They have become a very deep system with talent. When you have an aging MLB lineup, you don't trade that. If they panic and decide to trade for either Greinke, Garza, Dempster or Hamels then they'll just be the 01-08 Yanks who spent and didn't take care of the kids.
