As far as Phil Jackson goes, he's coached 4 of the greatest NBA players of all time one of whom is widely regarded as the GOAT in MJ. That said, it isn't a coincidence that those players didn't win any championships until he became their coach.

Phil's coached some of the best, so did Red, so did Riley, so did Pop. To discredit his accomplishments because of this is asinine.
