What do I mean? Have you not watched them play? They've been playing horrible and Tony Parker does not look healthy. I'd be worried.

Spurs have not been tanking games since March. We'll see, I mean I'll still pick them but they've def looked weak as of late.

Qft!

Maybe I hv been watching a different spurs team. Basically all you guys saying they will demolish the lakers believe they will transform into a completely diff team in like 4 days.

Riddle me this.

That spurs team n effort last Sunday against the lakers. What was that? Was that some ole "we not trippin. Lets just go through the motions" type game or were they really playing to win n got beat!?

The game I saw, the spurs cld not escape them. Lakers countered every move n the game was back n forth. The spurs launched all night and the lakers boarded, then the spurs folded.

When the playoffs start, the spurs are going to play the opposite of all that n crush the lakers, huh?

I doubt it. You don't just turn your game, momentum, and chemistry on like that. Lakers have all the momentum. They feel confident they can beat the spurs esp because they just did! Lol that does not bode well for the spurs.

I would like an advocate for the spurs whipping up on the lakers to explain exactly how they will execute this? Lastly, why didn't Pop out coach dantoni last Sunday? He rested too?

The problem with the Lakers is we barely won any away games against the better teams

series should be :hat though

I feel like a kid again. Spurs vs Lakers is the biggest deal in my house, because of the fact that I live with this guy

Growing up in a Laker fan household and being the only Spurs fan as always set the table for drama and fun all around. Cant wait to just sit there and watch the games with my brothers and get hyped over every play like we always do.

I hate the fact that every team in the west are basically going ape **** on each other while MIA awaits for the easy kill

Did you see the guys that were playing against the Lakers? Out of their stars only Duncan was playing

They are a veteran team.

I saw them playing their usual guys. Tonight they did what you are alluding to.

Duncan didn't even play the most minutes last Sunday and their usual starters played the bulk of the minutes like normal. They just got beat and they were really trying to win. Dwight will be the X factor and gasol n Tim will even out. They cannot stop gasol n howard n they will get out rebounded each game. Spurs will get desperate n start to launch more threes n end up getting beat bad at least one game.

Veteran teams handle their biz n beat down a team who lost their superstar and don't allow them to gain any hope going into the post season. All that veteran, away games, home games stuff is overrated anyway or else they would hv gotten out of the wcf's last year against a non veteran team but they didn't because that veteran stuff is overrated. It's who wants it the most. Okc wanted it more.

Tough to see Sheed go out like that... I would've liked to see him involved in the playoffs before calling it quits again, especially after he had such a good start to the season.

I swear the nba makes it tough for me to keep watching with this WWF crap! Stop cheating so much. Goodness

I've been saying this a lot and in that Kobe thread, It's disgusting to watch it happen every game like they don't even care about it being obvious anymore

We win 1 game at most, *sigh*, I still believe...An upset over the thunder, and my life is complete lol

Feels good to not worry and just chill watching the playoffs.. Sucks at the same time though.

Where my lotto dawgs at??

This Clippers/Grizz series is about to be a complete blood bath.

:evil

Just how we like it

I remember some months back some Houston fans was high on their success saying harden is the best sg and make a playoff push. Told u that with ten games left that when the veteran step up. Congrats on that 8th seed Na really congratulations

When the Clippers have beaten the Grizz, they've done it primarily with their bench outperforming the Grizzlies' bench. For the Grizz to win, Bayless, Davis, Arthur and even Daye are going to have to produce on the offensive end when they're in the game.

Grizz also will have to find out how to limit Bledsoe and Crawford. Paul is not going to beat us by himself, so I'm more worried about stopping those two players than stopping Paul.

I don't care as long as Harden averages 40 and/or KMart averages 12. The Harden slander on the Thunder boards is unbearable

I know everybody is already chalking that Heat-Bucks series up as a sweep, but I won't be entirely suprised if the Bucks give them some tough battles and win a game or two in that series. I think the Bucks will be much better in a 7 game series than what they were during this regular season. They kind of remind me of last year's Pacers team in the sense of them being a deep, scrappy defensive team. Larry Sanders has really came on and become a force this year for them, and Jennings and Monta have been playing great basketball. They've got a ton of physical, defensive-minded big men that they can use to send a message to LeBron and Wade too.

Care to put a friendly $20 paypal on this? I'll go with the sweep.

The bucks remind me of the 09 bull vs Celtics game..... The bucks got heart someone on the team has something to prove. Deep down I just have that feeling the bucks are going to get swept
