Who would you give us for Tyreke?I would rather have the young, athletic core you guys have than this team. We just look awful. We could of stole todays game, but we were too fatigued in those closing minutes when it counted. Too old, and it pains me to admit that. If we lose this series, we have to start over and rebuild from the ground up. Besides Kawhi and Danny, we really don't have much else to build around.I wish my team lost a game in the 2nd round of the playoffs
You guys have D-Mac, which even though has temper issues, could potentially be a top-3 Center in this league.
Thorton, Thomas, and Jimmer can potentially grow into a great back-court. I'd be more than happy to trade rosters with your Kings if we lose this series, which I think we will.
I'd sell my life for one son. don't think Suns will win one in my lifetime son.You got 4 rings dude . i'd sell a kidney for one
what was the rumor a few years ago that linked the Spurs and Parker to the Kings? Definitely man. I don't see how anyone could say this is over. Spurs came to GS and split the series, that's what they wanted to do. And GS had to take them into overtime to win at home.I still think this series is up for grabs. If Danny makes a couple of those threes in the second half the Spurs are up 3 to 1. Too much experience for me to count them out.
I agree. I still think he has star potential, and will most likely wreck house and get straight into the playoffs like pretty much every other player who leaves the Kings. (Martin, Hedo, even freaking Eddie House. >: ) But he just isn't improving here in Sac.Honestly, no joke, the way he's been so inconsistent probably Manu. I think Popp would agree after those horrific air-balls on those 3 point attempts todayWho would you give us for Tyreke?
Maybe Danny as well, I feel like Sacramento has given up on Tyreke. He has star potential, he's just not being used right. I'd love for us to bring him in along some other front court pieces to replace Manu and Tim when they retire.
Comment about Lebron is stupid. He was young yes, but he could win by himself. The right pieces weren't there. And he was NEVER cold, his teammates didn't show up in that finals series.Technically yeah, but like i said a few posts ago...the 3rd and 4th ones didn't feel right IMO.
The sabotage by Stern suspending STAT in that WCF against the Suns really helped us out, we got lucky. (Hence the * label by Zo and other NT haters).
And in 2007 we were lucky to run into a young, inexperienced LeBron who just couldn't win on his own in that spotlight. He didn't have the stars he has today to carry him some games when he is cold, so it was too easy of a sweep. Just didn't feel like a real "Finals" match-up, way too easy you know?
1999 and 2003 were more dominant title runs, especially the way we killed you guys in the finals.
So in my mind I feel like we've only won 2 in the last 14 years.
Technically no, and of course I wouldn't give the other 2 back, but I have to be honest. A lot of luck was on our side.
Overall, Our reign seems to be over though

NiceAndrew Bogut with 18 Rebounds in 28 mins
^Yeah I'm sure he would of knocked down a lot more clutch shots today than Tony and Manu. They were awful in those closing minutes. Couldn't throw a rock into the ocean
Dare to say, Tyreke could of been a little more valuable to us today than TP. He would of hit some of those clutch shots, and played better defense.
I have to be honest. Tony's too much of a liability on defense and even though he was hot in game 2, today he came back down to earth and showed he just doesn't have what it takes to close out games for us.

They had one of the easiest runs to the finals of the last two decades. The east was god-awful then, around the same time the Nets made those back-to-back finals and got obliterated, just like the Cavs did.Comment about Lebron is stupid. but the guy couldnt make a lay up to save his life. he plays half decent on offense and warriors win in regulation.Nice
Lebron beasted that Pistons series though. Remember watching the clinching game in some crappy Howard Beach pizzeria. Lowkey, I miss rooting for Lebron. Wish he didn't get soft and join the queens.
Personally I stopped rooting for him after this play: just seemed like cheating the game of basketball that they would allow it to go down:Lebron beasted that Pistons series though. This is trueI agree rooting for Lebron in Cleveland was like rooting for Leonidas in 300. You knew how it was going to end but it was fun.
