Wasn't Tiago Splitter considered a top 5 draft prospect like 8-10 years ago??? And then ended up declaring for the draft like 4 years too late and his stock dropped immensely.

What did scouts see in him when his stock was high??

I think he's 28 or 29. I'm dead serious too, he got that Danatus Montejunis (sp) treatment cuz he declared for the draft way too late/old
