Yeah, he's up there. Worst shooter of the bunch though. Harden, Bron and Steph are better facilitators than him too.

Yeah for sure. He's the best scorer imo though. Regardless of efficiency, he's still giving you 50+ more than every one of them by a wide margin. So when talking about the best scorer since Jordan, I'm probably gonna go with the guy that was scoring the insane amounts more often than everyone since him.
