Basically.

Also...Russ is fully aware of who he is, perception and how to engineer it. He’s a very calculated guy.

What really irked me about him is when he “figured it out”. That season when KD went out...Russ figured he could increase his standing in the league by cheating the game. It’s like, the ***** played 2K one day and realized he had the tools and controls to do THAT.

He’s a selfish basketball player....who doesn’t concern himself with doing the small things that don’t show up in the box score...but will ultimately win you games. Like cutting hard to take the defense with you. Setting screens. Passing with the purpose of keeping the offense flowing and not just for an assist. Boxing out. Getting back on defense. Contesting shots. Staying in defensive position. Tracking your man instead of hunting rebounds. Making the right basketball play.

He’s frustrating to watch because of how talented he is. He’s a smarter player than he allows himself to be due to his thirst for stats.

Peep this video from the 4:40 mark to showcase some of the f-s*** that Russ does/doesn’t do that subtly goes un noticed. I been hip to his ways. It’s good to see others finally peeping it.

Had the time to watch this whole video because I was stuck in the subway tunnel for 1.5 hours this morning. Very well done. Also confirms for me what my eyes have been saying, which is that PG right now is the least part of the problem.

Thibs effect. Was listening to a pod that said part of the reason that he was hesitant to sign that extension was because of Thibs wearing guys down.
No chance Wiggins gets worn down with the lack of effort he shows on the court.

These are my 2 biggest issues with him.

always thought zach was just as good as wiggins.
seems like every other game wiggins shoots 5-15 smh

6 straight losses for us. I cannot say I did not see it coming.

The schedule was tough but we were in every game to the wire. Got to be better down the stretch though.

It seems like the organization was behind this type of play last year to get him to sign the contract extension. But with two big time supposed "upgrades" you would think it was a one year experiment. But the organization has doubled down on letting him continue to play like this. Melo will stay because he is about his money, but Paul George is bouncing like a bad check. If the Warriors bench is laughing down 20 points because he is telling others to shoot so he can get a triple double, really makes you realize the rest of the NBA sees the same things talked about here.

I always believed in Oladipo
same. I said one persons usage so high doesn't allow other people To flourish and get in rhythm but " he has to, he has No help" .
I'm just a hater I was told and I am a hater( Russ my most hated Player ever but the hate comes from the fact that I hate selfish players and inefficient ball hogs)but even a hater can be right sometimes.

Tanking is way harder than I expected. We're complete dog**** and we're somehow still right there with teams that are actively trying their best to make the playoffs. There's like 7 teams worse than us :{

That's cause y'all haven't committed fully to it. You gotta sell off Lou for a 1st rd pick and get rid of DJ and watch the record go to the bottom 3.

ain't no such thing as a halfway tank

Oladipo definitely suffered because of Westbrook, but from the games I watched (eye test god) I remember him being really tentative and shakey whenever he had the ball. I remember him being totally shook in the playoffs. He looked like he lost his game in OKC.

One could argue he just wasn’t performing in OKC, but the other argument could be Russ dominating the usage made Oladipo not get any rhythm.

westbrook somehow managed to make Melo worse and PG look average af

He makes his teammates worse every year b

If only betaboi Durant didn't leave to the team that just beat his, the majority of people would have been happy for him for finally having the opportunity to get away from dat cancer.

When he got traded to OKC I thought that was the move to put em over the top...then KD left. I still thought they would still be straight but mvp Russ had other goals. Ppl been making him seem like a throw in, i was tripping out seeing that **** like you couldn’t have seen dude play. He definitely playing better this year ibut he been going crazy since Indiana.

People wouldn't have been fooled for so long if he didn't do everything extra fast with a scowl on his face.
