Interesting similarity in both cases is you see how it can shift public perception on players. That hoodie campaign made Melo a "cultural commodity" and a favorable player in the public eye again. And tonight...all over social media I'm seeing "Giannis is top 3, Giannis is top 5, Giannis is better than Lebron" mentions. Even in an L...his public profile went up a notch after the news stories and a monster game.
