Nash without Shumpert does not make the Knicks a contender, it puts their ceiling at the ECF. Shump was the best perimeter defender this team has had in years and he will play a pivotal role in our future. You do not trade Shumpert.
Dude gambled & lost. Guess they could always throw $30+ mil at Lin....Originally Posted by Dade B0Y

Knicks are trying to get a third team involved so they do not have to give up Shump.
I would pass unless he plans to pick up the pace and/or Shump isn't included.Originally Posted by PatentBoy23

You don't think it's enough? you got beat by miami in 5 games, half of them being blowouts, you think Nash makes up that difference of the combined like 30 points you lost by cmon b.

Yes we understand Nash in Toronto would've been a better fit and you guys would of been contendersThe Knicks get a little worse defensively but get way better offensively . All these contracts expire at the same time i feel this is a good deal. Your post just reeks of saltiness
to clarify.
1. Shumps not that good, your team is hampered with all these dumb contracts, your capped out, trading shump is not the end of the world he's good but not divorce the team good.
2. The raptors are in a worse position that the knicks without question, the canaadian basketball god just said +!+% canada, we have lost all credibility, we over payed landry fiedls we are doomed. it's over for the enxt decade. bc just set the franchise back a decade.
