Sadly, even if Kobe gets 7, people aren't gonna shut up about Michael.

God you're one of those who thinks if Kobe gets as many rings as MJ that he is just as good as he was.

"well if he gets 6 rings and MJ has 6 rings that means they are equal".

LOL. :lol

I would love to see the guys on the bus today

Kobe: Hey Bron
Bron: Hey Kobe

Kobe:*grins* See you in June

KD/Harden/Russy: *loud cough and laughter* uhhh Hi Kobe (all together)

Everyone else quiet

:lol

I don't care if we win Gold now in Olympics

I still see Lakers losing to OKC.

Nash can't contain Russ
Kobe/Ron can't contain Harden
Pau will cry defending KD
Dwight will be distracted by Ibaka

game, blouses
That's a thing you said?....

And I'm not even a Laker fan.

How is Orlando THAT stupid? :{

You're tripping bro, from a basketball standpoint the OKC Thunder will not be able to drive and score easy buckets at the rim anymore, esp with Dwight Howard down there and Pau to help. OKC would have to make 65% of there jump shots vs the Lakers to win a series and that's not happening. Don't let the Hate cloud the judgement, I don't like the Lakers either but from a basketball perspective they now have what it takes to beat OKC and the Miami Heat. LeBron James's game has always struggled against Dwight Howard's defense.

lol glad see the trade sank in with you. i remember you being super sure the lakers werent gonna get howard lol

where is mmg? im sure dude is punching a wall right now :lol

Mike Brown is going to be so confused, he is dumb as a sock, he'll find a way to mess it up

I hope Bynum has matured this offseason. As talented as he is, he acts like a female dog on the court. Now that we have Bynum, I wonder who's gonna be starting PF?

Yes!! Bynum is a MUCH better offensive player than D12, and defensively he's no slouch...Hawes will actually benefit too with the high/low post game working with Bynum, he can patrol the paint all on his own AND be the #1 option he's wanted to be. I'm so hype for this season now, we could have a #2/#3 seed in the east this yr, and if ET takes his game to the next level Sixers are gonna be toooooough. Bynum will easily put up 23pts/12board/2 blocks per, if not more....this is so Great for the SIxers.....oh and I wish Iggy the best Denver is gonna be fun as hell to watch their depth is similar to the Sixers, and they'll be a 3/4 seed out west this yr :smokin :smokin all around except Orlando lol

i dont even think bynums immature attitude will be a problem. BUT the big problem you guys will face is if bynum can stay healthy for long periods of time. people forget his injury history...

:rollin And they said that the Nets deal was terrible? That Anderson Varejao would've been better. I won't say that Orlando were robbed straight up because they did accept the trade themselves, so it's more like "Wallet Inspector" robbed:

The league seriously needs to remove 4-5 teams from the league. Just do them a favor and kill them off, like finishing off an animal that you hit with a car so that it doesn't suffer.

And Dwight continuing with failed attempts to copy and paste Shaq's career. This dude will never have a legacy of his own.

seriously though why wouldnt the cavs or rockets try to make a deal work?

I would have much rather see bynum in a cav uniform man with kyrie irving...that would have been a great future duo.

and the rockets have been after a big man for a while.

both those teams could have mustered something better for orlando than the present trade. i know their draft picks and rookies would have been better atleast...

then okc will curb stomp the heat :lol

Yeah? And? It's possible. With these Lakers, nobody knows how they do. With OKC, there is nothing that indicates that they won't be better than last season, when they beat the Lakers BTW. Durant and Westbrook are 23, Ibaka and Harden are 22, every one of them will be a year older and 5-10% better than last season. Plus their fifth and sixth best players Perkins and Sefolosha won't be old at 28 either..

Na, I was super sure Dwight Howard didn't want to go to LAL. He didn't but then Brooklyn had to sign Brook Lopez and couldn't trade him. I was also convinced that Nets gave the Lakers the best deal possible but the Magic didn't agree. Very weird trade in my eyes, still not sure if Dwight is going to want to stay if Brooklyn becomes an option again and if the Lakers don't win a championship. Like usual tho the Lakers got what they wanted haha, However when it comes down to basketball you guys stepped up big time and have a chance to win the championship. Just beat the Heat.

Nothing is worse than having Brook with a max deal on your team. Then you get humphries being overpaid as well and your salary cap is done. Orlando would have had to rely on those two for championships :x

The first round picks would be in the 20s because a Howard/Deron/Johnson team would never be in the lottery.

Either the guy in your avy, Lavoy Allen or maybe use Hawes as a homeless man's Gasol. Hopefully Moultrie can come along nice too, I think he'll be a good compliment to Bynum. I think Thad Young is gonna go ham next to Bynum this season though.

And about his "injury history"....he suffered two bad injuries, one was when he got stepped on by Lamar Odom and another when Kobe landed on his knee. Two freak injuries.

Skip Bayless and Shaq are gonna slob on the Sixers sooo hard now, and I can't wait :hat

Yall still doing this Kobe/ MJ debate? :{

Seems like everybody got a good deal in this trade except for ORL. If Bynum grows up he can be a monster in the East.

Well played Mitch. Yolo for D12 straight up. The other pieces aren't important. Wellplayed indeed.
