I've seen the usual stockist, New balance will also randomly drop at boutiques. Like i've said before their distribution and communication for how small of an operation they run, for these limited release is ****. The Aries ended up dropping at random places over the span of a few weeks

I missed it, are we ranking by aesthetics/ comfort/ both? Because I’d rank v2 higher than most aesthetically but they’re no where near as comfortable as v4 / v5.

I went with overall, factoring everything

Not only do i like the look of the v4, but the comfort level ultimately outweighs what any issues i have with aesthetics. Plus i have a lot of them

Which retailers have you seen? Not many in Europe other than End and another 1 in Sweden.

New Balance is very sloppy with releases and sometimes retailers don’t get for weeks after initial release and often just pop up randomly. I would just see what ALD stockiest(on their website) are suitable for your location, follow them on social media and go from there.

Also here are some mockups I made with the new color wheel. First one is a recreation of the bodega mass transit 998 that I might end up making but I’ll wait to see how the new colors look on the 997.

this likely doesn't mean much considering what is being said about production, but at least one store getting the ALD V5s received less than what they did in 997s.
