The biggest issue to me is the black hits on the toe box and the back half of the midsole. It just feels very out of place, should have just kept it all beige.

Yes. Has been referred to here by others in the past as "patina" lol
I gave up trying to address it.

This patina doesn’t look all that bad actually. And with the hilltops being a baseball themed shoe it kinda adds to it by looking a bit like diamond dirt.
