Yup they came through for me just had to wait a couple weeks.
I wear mine half size down from TTS (so I'm assuming the answer is yes based on your question). V2s come out of the box a little stiff for me so the immediate step in comfort can be a little off putting but 2 good wears in the cushion really improves.

Why is it so hard to find a pair of 993s for a decent price. The grey ones bing in the $300 range ain’t bad but I want the black ones and in a 10 they are taxxxxxiiiinnnn.

991s fall in that stratosphere but I’m not too keen on many UK models tbh. Maybe a few 920s but they don’t fully do it in my opinion.
