Comparing two winnning emails there are 2 variants it seems.

One with and other without the backorder notice.
NOW i wonder how this plays out, as the general drop happens doesn't seem to affect these..which is strange since priority should be given to those who signed up with interest?

There’s probably factory delays and I’m guessing they have some stock already and don’t want to mess their release calendar since I think the 1300s for GR is next month.

I am guessing this is for international orders as it informs of "global shipping delays".

Called to late, but Joshua told me he's getting some more next week, he took my email (not my number as I'm overseas atm) and he'll shoot me if it's available.
