jcrew still has sizes 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11 (forgot other sizes)
I ordered a 9.5 despite being a 9. Will try on but if it’s too big I can pass to an NTer for retail.

991s are a little narrow so I go with my usual Nike sizing which is a US12. On 992s and 990v2/v3 I go for a US11.5 if that’s any help to you.
