I know I might be kinda late but if anyone is looking to cop these dont go a half size down (I usually do with most NB’s). Did that with these and theyre a taddddd too snug. Im sure it will break in but if I had a choice I woudnt of sized down.

I'd go with 8s. They're on the narrow side.

"lit laces" on amazon has some nice quality flat laces. i dunno about direct replacement but, there is a lot to choose from.
