Edit: Actually, pretty sure it was NB where they had a bunch of sizes but now they only have like sz 6 & 8. Sorry about that...

My 12 (half size up) came in. Right pair fits pretty good, left has a little bit of heel/ankle area slip. I think with an extra or different insole in they'll be perfect, not sure if I could size down. Anyone have any insole recommendations specifically for the 2002r?
