O-Line gonna get it from Bill and Brady in the locker room

1st Half went great

2nd Half we hit the ****ter
2nd half had no offense, no timing, no rhythm.  Stats do not lie.

But Knowshown delivered for himself.  Guy was the man in Denver, and didn't get no talk.

SMH at NE.

pathetic

Moreno killed our D......they couldn't get pressure on tannehill in the 2nd half either

what a **** second half today...

run defense :x
offensive line :x
brady :x
all the god damn ******* penalties :x

pretty damn pathetic. did not look like a patriot team today in that second half

Goodness that 2nd half

. Poor execution and mistakes all over the place, the defense also needs a lot more work than I thought. As mentioned earlier, the line play on both sides of the ball was horrendous. Miami's had our number the last couple of games

.

Gotta get it together real quick before facing AP on the road, hopefully Dobson is back by next week because man was Lafell buns out there
sick.gif
. I don't want to write him off after just 1 game but its starting to feel like Panthers fans were right about him

next week we're going to just load up in the box and make cassel beat us with his arm. i feel like if the offense can get it together, the defense will also be fine. today our offense just put our defense right back on the field time after time and in some bad spots. i feel like the defense will be fine. i am concerned about the offensive line. we really haven't found the right combination of guys there yet. all preseason we were rotating guys through and never really got set with steady group. i know all we're going to hear about on local media is the mankins trade but that entire line was getting beat. it wasn't just the left side.

first half had me pretty amped. defense forcing 3 TOs. vareen running and catching balls. edelman doing major work. gronk with a first down grab and TD. and then blah. seriously ****** up the rest of the day and ruined watching the remaining games for me. but they'll get chewed out tomorrow and get to fixing it. they'll come out pissed and fired up next week. count on it.

it just goes to show that you need time to build chemistry

correct me if im wrong , but off the top of my head this is a list of players who played yesterday who played very little to no snaps the entire preseason

Mayo
Hightower
Gronk
Easley
Dennard
Hoomanawanui

it was foolish of some of us to think that a rotating offensive line in preseason with good players and veterans playing in new positions would be able to mesh right away . gronk is clearly a step slow and needs time/reps to get back to regular form

it was foolish of some of us to think that going an entire preseason without the starting LB core playing a single down together , and the starting DBs playing together that we'd be shut down the entire game . it hurts to say it , but against their offense yesterday we greatly missed what Spikes brought against the run . Chandler also had a bad game ; he usually doesn't have boneheaded penalties like that

with time will get more consistency on both sides of the ball . im just hoping it happens sooner rather than later

i'm fairly confident (80%?) that the defense will figure it out. i trust in the team and coaching that much. i also trust that TB12 will be better. deep throws aside, him and the receivers will figure it out and get on the same page. my big area of concern is offensive line. and it's not because of not having Mankins as much as it's no more Scar to really help figure out the best fit and combo of guys in addition to teaching and coaching them up.

Coaching wise, you have to just trust BB.  There's no other way.  Stats didn't lie for Edlemen.  Those years of chemistry shows, at least on the Stat Sheet.

speaking of edelman , had a great game for the most part . if edelman and gronk are healthy im confident the offense puts it together moving forward , IF the pocket can keep from collapsing

No excuses really we just got straight up out played on both sides of the ball.

All those first half turnovers masked the defensive issues like I said at halftime right when they were getting on a roll we caught a break, we didn't get any "normal" stops as far as I remember they didn't punt at all in the 1st half and none of those breaks were around in the 2nd

Same thing for the O-line if you watch the replay they were getting out worked in the first half. In the 2nd they just turned up :{

The bright side is that I think the O-line can drastically improve once they get a solid rotation and some consistency. They also gotta get used to playing without Logan who was the heart and soul of the O-line

The defense is the only thing that has me slightly-but-not-really worried only because we had the same issues last year, no pressure and couldn't stop the run. We have too much talent on that side of the ball to not correct it tho

Overall I'm glad we got our **** kicked in early rather than later on :lol

Brady was just 2-of-18 for 65 yards on throws at least 15 yards downfield Sunday, missing (over- or under-thrown pass) on 11 of his 18 attempts (61 percent). His 16 incompletions on throws at least 15 yards is the most by a quarterback in a game since the start of ESPN Stats & Information's data set (2006).

:x :{ :lol

I believe we just had a wake up call, getting the W on the road against AP will be a test for the D-Line

idk......some of those Brady throws looked pathetic. he showed shades of it last year but I ignored it. :(

praying that I'm overreacting

I seriously hate how tom lobs almost all damn of his deep throws
indifferent.gif
like really bro... just throw it normally like u did with moss or something. the slow motion lob allows the defender to track the ball or catch up the receiver since the receiver usually has to slow down to haul in the pass UGH. We are definitely missing Scar, mankins and Kelly!!!! Kelly looked stout for the cards last night

sometimes BB and his coaching ego, I swear. End of rant. haha. But im putting it in a perspective though and why wouldn't I? Whenever the pats come off a bad loss like this, they usually respond beautifully. BB pointing out left and right on our errors and correcting it. Hope it shows up in Minny because I don't want to go oh for two to start off the season. this calls for another

 thankyou.

Oh am I tripping because I thought I didn't see Dobson at all on sunday. that's one silver lining if anything

Brady's deep ball just isnt that accurate , lets all be honest with ourselves . when he lobs it up 20+ yards i almost never have faith its going to be caught . contrast that with a QB like rodgers -- when he lobs it 20+ yards i assume its going to be a catch

Could this be the beginning of the end ?

Hellllllllll no. It's just a wake up call. Right ??!?

I get sick knots in my stomach when I see our window getting smaller every year. I got too much faith in hoodie though. Sundays game is a must win and it'll be a good test.
