nahh im not big on him, but we do need a center badly. I just really want Rose right now, but before i start to look at other prospects for us imjust going to wait until the lottery after that i wilol start t look at more probable picks... but yeah we could probably get Lopez he will be top 5 and atleast i hope we will def be in the top 5
EDIT: i dont know if it has been mentioned but we are officially out of the playoffs after the loss to toronto. Wat a $!%!$!@ terrible and dissapointingseason, i can say this was the worse ive ever seen of all time no matter how it turns out. Cause the Larry Brown year was a mess but at least i didnt haveexpectations.

I just got really bored and depressed about the season so i played the lottery + mock draft on ESPN.com and i did it like 3 times and the Knicks got #1 andtook Derrick Rose

There are rumblings out ofNew York that the woeful Knicks might push the Raptors for a trade in the off-season, and that point guard T.J. Ford would be the player they would covet themost. One prominent blogger in the Big Apple suggested that the Raptors would be interested in wingmen Renaldo Balkman or Jared Jeffries, orperhaps try to upgrade at the shooting guard spot by trading for Jamal Crawford. dude is an animal did yall just watch that game, he does it all. Hes quick and runs the break like a vet and no one can keep up with him and he has greatvision. His D has ben sick. He has so much power and is soooo good takin it in the hoop and is not phased by the D. and he will be a good shooter in the NBAhis shot is good and it has nice form, just a little raw.

I mean, Ford is ight but he gets hurt too often for me to be cool with this deal. If it is Jeffries leaving and NOT Balkman, then DO IT.

^^i say if we dont get Rose in the draft, we wrk on other positions and just let Nate run the point for us next year. I dont think it is worth getting into allof these trade talks and possibly get more big contracts to hurt our tebuilding to upgrade a position that we are already alright in for a rebuilding team (notlong term) and than maybe if we get like 5-7 in the draft trade down and get collison or Augustine and additional picks so we can upgrade other positions andmold Augustin or collison to run the point in the future. i dont see the need in trading for TJ and im a big TJ fan.
The players that need to go or really Curry and Randolph, no matter what no matter for who we need to get them out IMO they kill rebuilding, defense, andchemistry.

As a Raptors fan I wanted to get rid of TJ Ford but I dont think the Knicks have anyone to offer in return. Balkman, Jeffries, Crawford wouldn't be enoughto get the job done.
The only asset the Knicks have is their 1st round pick and you guys would be better off keeping it than rolling the dice on Ford
BTW, I wouldn't trust the Toronto Sun, they're about as trustworthy as the National Enquirer.

our next 2 games are must loses
we at Milwaukee on Monday and they catchin up to us, and than we are at Memphs and if we lose both of those we wll eclips Memphis in the standings.
I want to move to at least 3rd behin Memphis and minny (both are like a half game behind now) and possibly #2 behind Seattle
