 How can the NFL ask for a court to do anything when it hasn't been wronged? brady is the wronged party here (aka the plaintiff). goondell and his minions are the defendants

 

That's what I thought would happen.

What's the logic behind NFL move? We are suing that our own decision gets upheld. How is that possible?

 

The league knows that it's been getting its *** kicked in Minnesota. It wants to avoid that court at all costs. It's trying to preempt the NFLPA.

It's yet another sleazy move by the group that's all about 'integrity'.
